Summer Term
Our Summer Term focus in Class 6 is 'Rights'!
So far, pupils have had the opportunity to discuss with Counsellor Ali Abdi about improvements they would make regarding their local community.
Pupils will also have an incredible opportunity to work with local Tiger Bay Boxing coaches, to develop their own personal resilience.

Pupils have also been discussing the right of children to work...

This term we have already travelled up to Cardiff Market, researching and buying a variety of fruit and vegetables.
Class 6 will then design their own snacks to sell at future events such as 'Children in Need' and the Christmas Fayre.
With a focus on healthy living and lifestyle, pupils have also competed in a 'Mini Olympics'. Miss Fry and I have seen a remarkable improvement in the pupils' stamina over time, having improved and refined their athletic skills.
